  • Wideband customers with a valid service contract can log a service fault 24 x 7 by calling 1300 161 625
  • We also offer a range of service monitoring options with text message notifications at no extra cost

If you would like to log a fault by email you can email support@wideband.net.au or by filling out our contact us form, but please note our preferred method of fault logging is by phone.
