Important Information about this Service:

The Wideband Voice service is NOT a Standard Telephone Service and has some restrictions and limitations. These include:

• You are not able to call the emergency 000 number from this service
• Calls to special numbers like 1800/1300/13/1900 numbers are not available
• If you experience a power outage you will not be able to make or receive calls.
• All caller id information will be blocked when you call a normal telephone number.
