Plan Information
- Data allowances and fees are for calendar months, and reset on your anniversary date.
- Peak Time is 12 Noon to Midnight, Off-Peak Time is Midnight to 12 noon.
- Speed is expressed as kilobits per second (kbps) download/upload.
- All plans are automatically shaped to 64/64 at no cost when your data limit is reached and will be reset at the start of the next month. If you would like to keep your connection at full speed all the time, a excess data fee of 4 cents per megabyte will apply.
- Data allowance refers to downloaded data only, uploaded data is free provided it does not exceed a 1:1 download/upload ratio.
- You may log into your account to check your data usage at any time. Usage is updated every 15 minutes.
- All plans include 5 Email addresses.
- You may switch between plans without a plan change fee. Plan changes will only take effect from the start of the new billing period.
Satellite Transfer Information:
- To transfer your service to Wideband Networks you must have an existing, working and stable connection on the IPSTAR Network.
- We are not able to transfer services from all IPSTAR providers, if you are unsure please contact our Sales Team on 1300 731 821 to confirm eligability.
- Should you require a service call at any stage to support or repair your service you will be advised of the costs relating to this service call before it proceedes.
- As Wideband Networks did not provide your Satellite equipment we are not able to provide a Warranty for your equipment or its installation.
