Other charges that may apply to your service once setup:
A fee of $79 applies to reconnect your service if any of the following occur:
- Billing name changes on phone account or phone number changes
- Relocation of service to a new address
- Phone provider disconnects or suspends your phone service
A fee of $65 also applies if any of the preceding events occur and it has been within 6 months since the connection or reconnection of your service.
A Cancellation fee of $65 applies if you cancel your service with Wideband within 6 months.
